About Us

Real Reinsman | Real Performance

With an endless supply of tack to choose from, it’s often difficult to know which items provide the most value to your ride. Whether you’re on the trail or in high-level competition, Reinsman supports your ride with top-of-the-line tack that ensures you’re always ready for anything.

OUR JOURNEY

Founded in 1993 as an American bit company, Reinsman creates handmade bits to take your horse from green to finished. We expanded to saddle pads that are over-engineered to protect or correct any conformation issue, and now offer our newest horse wear options like APEX sport boots, winter blankets, and fly defense. From our accessories to our bits and pads, we’ve taken a second, third, and fourth look, all while thinking about how we will bring the best quality, value, and design to our products.

REINSMAN AND CIRCLE Y

In June of 2012, Reinsman became part of the Circle Y Saddles, Inc. family of brands. The addition of the Reinsman brand follows Circle Y’s commitment to expanding its market presence in saddles, tack, and related accessories. With over 1,500 years of combined experience, this merge and the sharing of information has further elevated both brands.

TEAM REINSMAN

Representing Reinsman are some of the most accomplished and respected horsemen, with legends like Sharon Camarillo, Clay Tryan, Mike Beers, Van Hargis, and Marcos and Keyla Costa riding in our many products. Working alongside these distinguished professionals, we are developing new, innovative technology that works with riders of all experience levels to achieve their goals.

Steve Tucker

Steve Tucker, the visionary founder of Tucker Trail Saddles, began his equestrian journey at a young age. His early passion for horsemanship led him to the art of saddle-making where he narrowed his focus to trail riders. Tucker saddles earned a reputation for their exceptional comfort, catering to riders who spend long hours in the saddle. In 2003, Steve and his business partner acquired Circle Y Saddles of Yoakum. Under Steve's leadership, Circle Y Saddles flourished, with Steve serving as President until his passing.

Known widely for his wisdom, faith, and innovative spirit, Steve left a lasting impact on those who knew him. He believed firmly in sharing and passing along all that is good and valuable.

Steve's deepest passion was his love for Christ, and knowing he is now with Him brings great peace to those who cherished him. The Tucker brand remains committed to the legacy of excellence and innovation that Steve Tucker envisioned. We continue to honor his mission with unwavering dedication, ensuring that his vision lives on through every saddle we create.
